Contraindications
- hypersensitivity to Brinzolamide and other Sulphonamides
- hypersensitivity to Timolol
- hypersensitivity to any other component of the medication

Precautions & Warnings
- acid-base disturbances with oral carbonic anhydrase inhibitors
- signs of serious reactions or hypersensitivity
- cardiovascular and pulmonary adverse reactions
- controlled cardiac failure before therapy
- watch for signs of cardiac failure
- check pulse rates in patients with severe cardiac disease
