Dosage and Administration
- Individual dosage up to 4 gm mesalazine once daily or divided into 2-4 doses for active disease in adults
- Recommended dosage of 2 gm mesalazine once daily for maintenance treatment in adults
Pediatric Dosage and Administration
- To be determined individually based on age and weight
- Maximum dose of 75 mg/kg/day in divided doses for active disease in children
- Maximum dose of 2 g/day for maintenance treatment in children

Dosage Administration Method
- Empty granule contents onto the tongue and wash down with water or orange juice
