Indications
- Component of adjuvant therapy

Dosage and administration
- Administered by intravenous infusion
- Given in repeated 3-to 4-week cycles
- Total dose given on day 1 or divided on days 1 and 8
- Recommended dose of 100 to 120 mg/m²

Interaction
