Indications

Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration
- Administer every 2 weeks
- Recommended total of 6 months for adjuvant use
Interaction
- No specific cytochrome P-450-based drug interaction studies
- Possible increase in 5-fluorouracil plasma concentrations
Contraindications
- Known allergy to oxaliplatin or other platinum compounds
