Indications

Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for adults: 200mg extended release tablet daily
- Recommended dose for adults: 100mg film coated tablet twice daily
Interaction
- Absence of significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Possible interaction with diuretics
- Potential enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Possible increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to it
- Contraindicated in patients where aspirin or NSAIDs precipitate asthma attacks
