Indications

Pharmacology
- Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal drug with anti-inflammatory properties
- Aceclofenac is a potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase enzyme
- Aceclofenac has analgesic properties
- Rapid and complete absorption after oral administration
Dosage & Administration
- 200 mg extended release tablet for adults
- 100 mg film coated tablet twice daily for adults
Interaction
- Possible interaction with lithium and digoxin
- Potential interaction with diuretics
- Interaction with anticoagulants
- Potential increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Contraindicated in patients with aspirin or NSAID-induced asthma attacks
