Dosage & Administration
- Recommended dose for extended release tablet: 200 mg daily in adults
- Recommended dose for film coated tablet: 100 mg twice daily in adults
- Dose to be determined by physician
Interaction
- No significant drug interactions observed
- Close monitoring required when used with lithium and digoxin
- Potential interaction with diuretics
- Potential enhancement of anticoagulant activity
- Potential increase in plasma level of methotrexate
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Aceclofenac
- Aspirin or NSAIDs precipitating asthma attacks
