Administration Steps
- Take off the cap
- Shake the inhaler vigorously before each use
- Breathe out fully and hold the inhaler upright
- Place the actuator into mouth, close lips around the mouthpiece
- Press down firmly on the canister while breathing deeply
- Hold breath for at least 10 seconds
- Wait 1 minute between puffs if prescribed
- Rinse the mouth after each treatment
- Clean the inhaler at least once a week
