Dosage & Administration
- Initial oral treatment 8-16mg three times daily

Interaction
- No proven hazardous interactions
- Potential interactions with ethanol, pyrimethamine, dapsone, potentiation with salbutamol
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with phaeochromocytoma
- Hypersensitivity to the active substance

Pregnancy & Lactation

Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with peptic ulcer or a history of peptic ulceration
- Caution in patients with bronchial asthma
- Caution in patients with urticaria, rashes, or allergic rhinitis
- Caution in patients with severe hypotension
- Avoid in patients with rare hereditary problems of galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption
- Rare reports of drowsiness
- Caution while driving or operating machinery

- Seizures
- Serious complications in cases of intentional overdose especially in combination with other overdosed drugs
