Pharmacology
- Oral mucolytic agent
- Disrupts acid mucopolysaccharide fibres
- Produces less viscous mucus
- Easier expectoration
- Rapid & complete absorption

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dose: 10 ml 3 times daily
- Children over 12 years: 10 ml 3 times daily
- Children 6-12 years: 5 ml 3 times daily
- Children 2-6 years: 2.5 ml 3 times daily
- Not recommended for children under 2 years without advice

- No significant interactions with other drugs
Contraindications
- Known hypersensitivity to Bromhexine Hydrochloride or any ingredient
