Indications
- Initial treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma
- Palliative treatment of recurrent ovarian carcinoma
Pharmacology
- Alkylating agent
- Binds covalently to DNA

Dosage & Administration
- Intravenous route only
- Recommended dosage of 400 mg/m2
- Dosage adjustment for patients age 65 and over

- Severe renal impairment
