Indications

Relieves irritation due to dryness of the eye
Relieves discomfort due to exposure to wind or sun

Composition

Active Substance: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium USP 10 mg
Preservative: Purite 0.0075%

Pharmacology

Ocular lubricant
Alleviates symptoms of moderate to severe dry eye syndromes
Provides long-lasting protection against dryness and irritation
Mild & non-sensitising preservative
Viscosity enhancer

Dosage & Administration

Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4 times a day or as needed

Interaction

Interval of at least 5 minutes between each application if several medicines are to be administered

Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product

Pregnancy & Lactation

Safe use during pregnancy and lactation has not been established

Precautions & Warnings

Administer concomitant ocular medication 15 minutes prior to instillation
Remove contact lenses before use
Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
Do not touch tip of container to any surface
Replace cap after each use

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric use: Not for infants and small children under 3 years
Geriatric use: No significant differences in safety or effectiveness observed in elderly patients

Storage Conditions

Use within 30 days after first opening
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C
Store in a dry place, protect from light
Close bottle tightly after use
Keep away from the reach of children
