Indications

Relieves irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye
Relieves irritation and discomfort due to exposure to wind or sun

Composition

Active Substance: Carboxymethylcellulose Sodium USP 10 mg
Preservative: Purite 0.0075%

Pharmacology

Ocular lubricant for dry eye syndromes
Provides long-lasting protection against dryness and irritation
Mild & non-sensitising preservative used
Viscosity enhancer for increasing retention time of the eye drop

Dosage & Administration

Instill 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4 times a day or as needed

Interaction

Interval of at least 5 minutes between each application if several medicines are to be administered to the eye

Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product

Precautions & Warnings

Concomitant ocular medication should be administered 15 minutes prior to instillation
Remove contact lenses before use
Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy
Avoid contamination by not touching the container tip to any surface
Replace cap after each use

Use in Special Populations

Pediatric use not recommended for infants and small children under 3 years
No observed differences in safety or effectiveness between elderly and other adult patients

Use within 30 days after first opening
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C
Store in a dry place
Protect from light
Close bottle tightly after use
Keep away from the reach of children
