Indications
- Relief of symptoms associated with seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis
- Relief of symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria
- Relief of sneezing, nasal discharge & itching, congestion or stuffiness
- Relief of ocular itching, tearing, and redness
- Relief of itching of palate and coughing
- Reduction of the size & number of hives
Pharmacology
- Non-sedating
- Long acting tricyclic histamine antagonist
- Selective H1-receptor histamine antagonist activity
- Inhibition of histamine release from human mast cell
Dosage & Administration
- Pediatric drops dosage for different age groups
- Syrup dosage for different age groups
- Tablet dosage for adults and children 12 years of age and over

Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to medication or its ingredients or Loratadine
Side Effects
- Less common side effects such as headache, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, pharyngitis, dyspepsia, myalgia
