Indications

Pharmacology
- Desloratadine as the major active metabolite of Loratadine
- Non-sedating and long-acting tricyclic histamine antagonist
- Selective H1-receptor histamine antagonist activity
- Inhibition of histamine release from human mast cells
Dosage & Administration
- Pediatric drops for 6-11 months of age
- Pediatric drops for 1-2 years of age
- Syrup for 6-11 months of age
- Syrup for 1-5 years of age
- Syrup for 6-11 years of age
- Syrup for Adults & >12 years of age
- Tablet for Adults and children 12 years of age and over

Contraindications
Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to the medication or its ingredients or Loratadine
