Dosage Instructions
- 20 mg or 40 mg Once Daily for 4-8 Weeks (Erosive Esophagitis)
- 20 mg Once Daily (Maintenance of Healing of Erosive Esophagitis)
- 20 mg Once Daily for 4 Weeks (Symptomatic GERD)
- Triple Therapy for Helicobacter Pylori eradication
- 20-80 mg once daily (Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome)
- 20-40 mg once daily for 2-4 weeks (Acid-related Dyspepsia)
- 20 mg once daily for 2-4 weeks (Duodenal Ulcer)
- 20-40 mg once daily for 4-8 weeks (Gastric Ulcer)
Administration Instructions
- Swallow tablet or capsule whole, one hour before a meal
- Prepare oral suspension by mixing with water
- Administer IV injection or infusion as per specified duration

- Mechanism of Action: Inhibition of H+/K+-ATPase
- Absorption: Peak plasma levels at approximately 1.5 hours
- Distribution: 97% bound to plasma proteins
- Metabolism: Extensively metabolized by CYP enzymes
