Indications
- Improvement of muscular hypertonic symptoms in diseases like cervical syndrome, periarthritis of the shoulder, lumbago
- Spastic paralysis in diseases like cerebrovascular disease, spastic spinal paralysis, cervical spondylosis
Pharmacology
Eperisone is a centrally-acting skeletal muscle relaxant used to improve myotonic symptoms
Dosage & Administration
For adults, usually 3 tablets per day in three divided doses after each meal. Dosage should be adjusted depending on patient age and severity of symptoms
Interaction
Avoid concomitant use with tolperisone HCl and methocarbamol
Contraindications
Eperisone is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Eperisone Hydrochloride

Pregnancy & Lactation
