Description
- Quinazolinamine chemical composition
- Reversible inhibition of EGFR kinase activity
- Prevents autophosphorylation of tyrosine residues
- Higher binding affinity for EGFR exon 19 deletion or exon 21 (L858R) mutations
Dosage & Administration
- Recommended daily dose for NSCLC is 150 mg
- Recommended daily dose for pancreatic cancer is 100 mg in combination with gemcitabine
- Take on an empty stomach
- Dose adjustments for concomitant drug interactions
- Dose adjustments for concurrent cigarette smoking
Interaction
