Description

Esogel 20 mg Capsule is indicated to relieve chronic heartburn symptoms, heal erosive esophagitis, maintain healing of erosive esophagitis, eradicate Helicobacter pylori, treat Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome, acid-related dyspepsia, duodenal & gastric ulcers, and more. It is a proton pump inhibitor that suppresses gastric acid secretion. The oral dosage form varies based on the indication, and IV injection/infusion administration is also possible. Interaction with CYP2C19 and CYP3A4 is noted, and precautions are advised for special populations.
