Iron chelates with tetracycline and absorption may be impaired

Accidental overdose of iron-containing products can be fatal in children below 6 years
Symptoms of higher iron doses: bloody diarrhea, vomiting, acidosis, darkened stools, abdominal pain
Riboflavin reported to be completely safe
Higher doses of Nicotinamide may cause vomiting, diarrhea
Sensory neuropathy observed with prolonged high Pyridoxine consumption
No reported case of Folic acid overdose
Zinc toxicity effects: Low copper status, altered iron function, reduced immune function, reduced levels of high-density lipoproteins
