Dosage Strengths

  • 120 metered sprays per bottle
  • Single inhalation capsule

Dosage Instructions

  • 2 sprays in each nostril daily for adults & children over 12 years
  • 40mcg once daily orally for adults and adolescents
  • 50mcg once daily for children aged 5 to 11 years

Administration Instructions

  • Shake gently before use
  • Prime the pump before first use
  • Cleaning instructions for nasal spray

Interaction

  • CYP3A4 inhibitors may increase exposure
  • Ritonavir coadministration not recommended
