Indications

Pharmacology

Administration
- Tablet or capsule should be swallowed whole and taken one hour before a meal

Interaction
- Metabolized by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4
- Inhibition of CYP2C19 by Esoz
- Interference with absorption of drugs based on gastric pH
- No clinically significant interactions with certain drugs
- Plasma level increases with combination therapy of clarithromycin
