Administration

Interaction

  • Extensively metabolized in the liver by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4
  • No clinically relevant interactions with certain drugs metabolized by specific CYP enzymes
  • Potential interference with CYP2C19 enzyme
  • Co-administration with clarithromycin increases plasma levels of Neptor and 14-hydroxyclarithromycin
