Administration

- IV injection with reconstituted solution for injection
Interaction
- Extensively metabolized in the liver by CYP2C19 and CYP3A4
- No clinically relevant interactions with certain drugs metabolized by specific CYP enzymes
- Potential interference with CYP2C19 enzyme
- Co-administration with clarithromycin increases plasma levels of Neptor and 14-hydroxyclarithromycin
