Indications
- indicated for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

Pharmacology
- combination of Salbutamol and Ipratropium Bromide
- short acting beta2-adrenergic bronchodilator
- anticholinergic bronchodilator

Dosage
- 2 puffs 4 times a day
- total puffs in 24 hours should not exceed 12
