Indications

Pharmacology

Proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production

Dosage & Administration

  • Different dosages for benign gastric ulcer, gastro-esophageal reflux disease, duodenal ulcer, duodenal ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori, prophylaxis of NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcer, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
  • IV Injection dosages for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, gastroesophageal reflux disease associated with a history of erosive esophagitis, prevention of rebleeding in peptic ulcer, prophylaxis of acid aspiration, long-term management of Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome

Hypersensitivity to any components of the formulation
