Indications
- Peptic ulcer diseases

Pharmacology
Proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by binding to the H+/K+ATPase enzyme system
Dosage & Administration
- Dosage varies for different conditions like benign gastric ulcer, GERD, duodenal ulcer, prophylaxis of NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcer, and Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
- Doses for IV injection for duodenal ulcer, gastric ulcer, and prevention of rebleeding in peptic ulcer

Contraindications
Patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation
