Indications
- Effective relief from seasonal allergic rhinitis

Pharmacology

- Once-a-day administration
Dosage & Administration
- One tablet once daily for adults and children over 12 years
- Morning administration suggested
- Half tablet once daily for children below 30 kg
- Not recommended for use below 2 years of age
Interaction
- No reports of potentially hazardous interactions with other drugs
- No potentiating effects with alcohol
- Potential elevation of plasma concentrations with concomitant therapy with certain drugs
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity or idiosyncrasy to components
Side Effects
- Comparable incidence of adverse events to placebo
- No sedation or anticholinergic effects observed during clinical studies
- Comparable to placebo in driving performance and cognitive function tests
Pregnancy & Lactation
- Not advisable for use during pregnancy
- Excreted in breast milk in small amount
- Nursing mothers advised not to take the drug
Precautions & Warnings
- Caution in patients with liver impairment or renal insufficiency

- Reported effects in adults and children with overdose
- Prompt symptomatic and supportive measures recommended in case of overdose
