Indications

Pharmacology

  • Oral administration
  • 40 mg daily dosage for benign gastric ulcer
  • 20-40 mg daily dosage for gastroesophageal reflux disease
  • 40 mg daily dosage for duodenal ulcer
  • 40 mg twice daily dosage for duodenal ulcer with Helicobacter pylori
  • 20 mg daily dosage for NSAID-associated gastric or duodenal ulcer
  • 80 mg daily dosage for Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
  • IV injection for various conditions
