Description
Nunap is indicated for the relief of symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, juvenile arthritis, tendonitis, bursitis, acute gout, and primary dysmenorrhea. It is available in tablet and suspension forms, with specific dosages for adult and children. Nunap works by blocking COX-1 and COX-2 enzymes to decrease prostaglandin synthesis, providing antipyretic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties while posing potential adverse effects on the gastrointestinal and renal systems. It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to naproxen and those undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) surgery.
