Indications

  • Gastric and duodenal ulcer

Pharmacology

  • Inhibitor of gastric acid secretion
  • Blocks hydrogen-potassium-adenosine triphosphatase (H+/K+ ATPase) enzyme system

  • Inhibition of secretion lasts up to 72 hours
