Pharmacology

  • Inhibitor of gastric acid secretion

Precautions & Warnings

  • Avoid concomitant use of clopidogrel
  • Potential risk for osteoporosis-related fractures
  • Atrophic gastritis with long-term use
  • Concomitant use with methotrexate may lead to toxicities
