Indications
- Acute and delayed nausea and vomiting

Dosage & Administration
- Adult tablet dosage: 0.5 mg daily
- Adult IV dosage: 0.075 mg over 10 seconds
- Administered prior to chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- Children dosage: 20 mcg/kg body weight, maximum 1.5 mg
Interaction
- Safe administration with corticosteroids, analgesics, antiemetics, antinauseants, antispasmodics, and anticholinergic agents
- No significant pharmacokinetic interactions with metoclopramide
- Low potential for clinically significant drug interactions
Contraindications
- Hypersensitivity to the drug or any of its components
