Indications

  • Peptic ulcer diseases

  • Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome

Pharmacology

Proton pump inhibitor that suppresses the final step in gastric acid production

Dosage & Administration

  • Doses for specific conditions e.g., benign gastric ulcer, GERD, duodenal ulcer, Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
  • Oral and IV administration directions

Interaction

No significant drug interactions observed in clinical studies

Contraindications

Contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to any of the components of the formulation

  • Well tolerated in short-term and long-term treatment
