Interaction

Overdose Effects

  • Liver damage from 10g or more ingestion
  • Abnormalities of glucose metabolism and metabolic acidosis
  • Hepatic failure, encephalopathy, haemorrhage, hypoglycaemia, and death in severe poisoning
  • Immediate treatment with activated charcoal, plasma Parafol concentration measurement, N-acetylcysteine treatment
