Precautions & Warnings
- Angioedema can occur and may be associated with life-threatening respiratory compromise
- Hypersensitivity reactions require immediate discontinuation
- Increased risk of suicidal thoughts or behavior
- Respiratory depression may occur when used with concomitant CNS depressants
- May cause dizziness and somnolence, impairing ability to drive or operate machinery
- Increased seizure frequency or adverse reactions if rapidly discontinued
- May cause peripheral edema
- Caution needed when coadministering with thiazolidinedione antidiabetic agents
