Description

Neurolin 25 mg Capsule is a medication indicated for neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia, partial-onset seizures, fibromyalgia, and neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.

Dosage

  • Maximum dose of 100 mg three times a day for diabetic peripheral neuropathy
  • Recommended dose of 75-150 mg two or three times a day for postherpetic neuralgia
  • Dose of 300-450 mg/day for fibromyalgia management
  • Dose range of 150-600 mg/day for neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury

Route of Administration

Oral

Administration Instructions

Swallow whole with or without food. Pregabalin CR tablet should be administered after an evening meal. Gradually taper when discontinuing over a minimum of 1 week.

Hypersensitivity to Pregabalin or any of its components

Overdose Effects

Reduced consciousness, anxiety, agitation, seizures, and heart block. General supportive care indicated.
