Composition
- Cinchocaine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Hydrocortisone BP 5 mg
- Framycetin Sulphate BP 10.5 mg
- Esculin Ph. grade 10 mg
Mode of Action
Local anaesthetic, decongestant, anti-inflammatory, anti-pruritic, and broad-spectrum antibiotic actions

Contraindications
Known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients, teratogenicity in animals, and contraindicated during pregnancy and in certain infections
Side Effects
Atrophic changes in the skin, systemic absorption, depression of the adrenal gland, growth retardation, Cushingoid state, and benign intracranial hypertension
Pregnancy & Lactation
Safe use not fully established, avoid unnecessary use during pregnancy
Precautions & Warnings
Discontinue use if sensitization occurs, consider rare systemic corticosteroid effects with prolonged use, and advise informing subsequent physicians of previous use of hydrocortisone

Not recommended for use in children
