- Seasonal Allergic Rhinitis
- Perennial Allergic Rhinitis

- Pharmacology:
- Histamine H1-Receptor Antagonist
- Platelet Activating Factor (PAF) Antagonist
- Bronchoconstriction Inhibitor
- Inflammatory Mediator Inhibitor
- Dosage & Administration:
- Adults and Adolescents: 10 mg once a day with or without food
- Children (2 to 11 years):
- >= 25 kg: 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) once daily
- >= 10 kg to < 25 kg: 1/2 teaspoonful (2.5 ml) once daily
- Interaction:
- With Medicine: May interact with ketoconazole, erythromycin, statins, CNS depressants, and alcohol
- With Food: Avoid grapefruit and grapefruit juice
