Indications

Dosage & Administration

Interaction
- Not recommended to combine with other β-blocking agents
- Close monitoring needed with catecholamine-depleting drugs
- Caution when coadministered with centrally active antihypertensive agents

- Combined use with calcium channel blockers might lead to severe hypotension, bradycardia, and cardiac failure
Contraindications
- Cardiogenic shock

- Second or third degree A-V block
- Right ventricular failure secondary to pulmonary hypertension
