Dosage & Administration

- Geriatrics: Dose adjustment may be necessary in significant renal or hepatic dysfunction
Interaction
- Not to be combined with other β-blocking agents
- Close monitoring with catecholamine-depleting drugs
- Careful use with centrally active antihypertensive agents and antiarrhythmic agents
- Potential for severe hypotension and bradycardia with calcium channel blockers
