Indications

Pharmacology

Dosage & Administration
- Tablets administered once daily orally
- Recommended dose of 245 mg tablet once daily for adults
- Recommended dose of 245 mg tablet for pediatric patients aged 12 years and older and weighing >= 35 kg
Interaction
- Coadministration caution with didanosine
- Monitoring for adverse reactions with atazanavir
- Monitoring for adverse reactions with lopinavir/ritonavir
