Indications

Pharmacology
- Tolfenamic acid belongs to the fenamate group
- Inhibits cyclooxygenase enzyme

Dosage & Administration

Interaction
- Enhanced absorption with Metoclopramide and Magnesium hydroxide

Contraindications
- Active gastro-intestinal bleeding
- Gastro-intestinal ulceration
- History of bleeding or perforation related to NSAID therapy
- Severe heart failure
