- Add-on therapy for stable angina pectoris
- Symptomatic treatment for inadequately controlled patients

- First 3-keto acyl CoA thiolase inhibitor
- Metabolic anti-ischemic agent
- Inhibits fatty acid pathway
- Increases heart activity
- Prevents production of lactic acid
Dosage & Administration
Recommended dose of 35mg twice daily
