Dosage administration

- Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis: 25-30 mg/kg/day
Interaction
- Avoid concomitant administration with bile-acid binding drugs

- Non-functioning Gall-bladder
- Calcified and Pigmented Gallstones
- Inflammatory Bowel Disease
