- Increases cerebral metabolism

Dosage & Administration
- Tablet: 1-2 tablets thrice daily
- Maintenance dose is 1 tablet thrice daily
- IM Injection: Daily dose of 20-40 mg
- IV Infusion: Slow drip infusion at 20 mg daily
Interaction
- Chemically incompatible with heparin

- Severe ischaemic heart disease
