Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2 to 3 times daily
- Children dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1 to 3 times daily
- Infants dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1 to 2 times daily
- Adults & Children over 30 kg tablet dosage: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily
Interaction
- Decrease in absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines with zinc intake
- Decrease in absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones with zinc intake
- Potential myopathy and rhabdomyolysis with Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors coadministration
- Reduction in levodopa effectiveness with pyridoxine coadministration
- Decrease in serum levels of phenytoin with pyridoxine and phenytoin coadministration

- Emergency medical attention needed in case of overdosage
- Emetic administration and gastric lavage recommended
