Composition
- Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adults: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2 to 3 times daily

- Adults & Children over 30 kg: 1 to 2 tablets 2 to 3 times daily
Interaction
- Decreases absorption of tetracyclines and fluroquinolones when taken together
- May result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis when co-administered with HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors
- Reduces effectiveness of levodopa when taken together with pyridoxine
- Decreases serum levels of phenytoin when co-administered with pyridoxine
