Composition
- Contains Thiamine Hydrochloride BP 5 mg
- Contains Riboflavin-5-Phosphate Sodium BP 2.74 mg equivalent to Riboflavin 2 mg
- Contains Pyridoxine Hydrochloride BP 2 mg
- Contains Nicotinamide BP 20 mg
- Contains Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate USP 27.45 mg equivalent to elemental Zinc 10 mg

Dosage & Administration
- Adult dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 2-3 times daily
- Child dosage: 10 ml (2 teaspoonful) 1-3 times daily
- Infant dosage: 5 ml (1 teaspoonful) 1-2 times daily
- Adult & Children over 30 kg tablet dosage: 1-2 tablets 2-3 times daily
Interaction
- Concurrent intake of tetracyclines and zinc may decrease absorption and serum levels of tetracyclines
- Concurrent administration of zinc and fluroquinolones may decrease absorption and serum levels of some fluroquinolones
- Coadministration of Niacin and HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors may result in myopathy and rhabdomyolysis
- Pyridoxine reduces levodopa's effectiveness
- Co-administration of pyridoxine with phenytoin may decrease serum levels of phenytoin
Contraindications
- Contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients

- Dosage adjustment needed in acute renal failure
