Indications
- Treatment of mild
- moderate or severe heart failure of ischemic or cardiomyopathic origin
- Conjunction with digitalis
- diuretics and ACE inhibitor
- Reduction of disease progression as evidenced by cardiovascular death

- Need to adjust other heart failure medications
