Interaction

- AV block
- Uncontrolled heart failure
- Severe bradycardia
- Sick-sinus syndrome
- Cardiogenic shock
- Severe peripheral arterial disease
- Hypersensitivity to Metoprolol or other B-blockers
- Complicated myocardial infarction with bradycardia
- Complicated myocardial infarction with first-degree heart block
- Complicated myocardial infarction with systolic hypotension
- Complicated myocardial infarction with severe heart failure
